We’re all excited to see what’s next for the Texas-based firefighting team. There’s still a wait on our hands. 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 3 is not coming in November 2021.
Throughout the previous season, we enjoyed back-to-back episodes of the 9-1-1 shows. We were certainly disappointed to find out that 9-1-1: Lone Star wouldn’t make up the fall 2021 schedule, although it does make sense for FOX. Starting the week off strong with Lone Star in the winter is going to be worth it for the network.
However, that doesn’t stop us hoping that FOX would change its mind. Would a dip in the ratings for The Big Leap make FOX change its mind?
That’s not happening right now. 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 3 is not on the listings for November 2021. The good news is we don’t have that much longer to wait. The premiere will be here before we know it.
9-1-1: Lone Star Season 3 premiere date
We’re looking at 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 3 premiering in January 2022. This is later than we’d like, but the premiere is going to be here before we know it. After all, December is taken up with Christmas and New Year celebrations. From the end of November with Thanksgiving, the weeks seem to fly by, right?
Recent reports suggest that the show will premiere on Monday. Jan. 3, 2022. This is earlier than last season’s premiere, but it does make sense. This would allow for half the season to run up to March, which then allows the second half of 9-1-1 Season 5 to air.
We’re certainly excited to see when it does return. There’s a lot going on, especially with Grace and Judd expecting their first baby and Tommy figuring out how to be a working single mom after the unexpected and heartbreaking death of her husband.
