Did you miss us last week? Yeah, well, finally, after a week of nothing really hitting the theaters, we have a pair of big movies coming out this weekend. So today, we share the best new movies to watch in theaters as well as films available on streaming services that you don’t want to miss.
I want everyone reading this to comment on this post and let me know how many times they have seen the Jackass Forever trailer. Seriously, I swear I have seen the trailer no less than 50 times in theaters since it was delayed so, so many times. Johnny Knoxville and the crew are up to their old antics and I can’t wait to see what stunts they will do next.
While the list of films that are out this week might not be strong (most people will be binging Pam & Tommy), I think there are a few solid options between theaters and streaming this week.
New movies to watch in theaters this weekend
Talk about a movie that actually looks really good, but is coming out in the strangest time of the year where it feels like a dump-off because it might not be good? I think the biggest issue most have with the idea of Moonfall coming out is that we have had so many space-style projects over the last few years that they may be over it. I am not sure if this will be any good, but I am at least intrigued by it.
New movies to stream from home this weekend
- Book of Love (Prime Video)
- The Tinder Swindler (Netflix)
- Last Survivors (Redbox/VOD)
Does Book of Love look like a movie we have seen before? Yes. Is Sam Claflin a good actor and makes the film entertaining? Also, yes. I am excited for Claflin and Claflin alone.
What will you be watching this weekend? Will you enjoy a movie in theaters or streaming?
