Shudder is the streaming home for horror fans. From campy slashers to mind-bending terror, Shudder has it all. Though the streaming service operates year-round, there’s something about watching a good horror movie during Halloween season, so Shudder is adding a pumpkin-load of new movies to its library throughout the month of October to help put you in a spooky mood.
The Shudder library already plays host to several Halloween classics including Halloween, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Carrie, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Phantasm and Poltergeist. There’s always something scary to watch, including a huge number of library movies that can scratch any horror itch you might have.
Note that not all movies will be available depending on your region, but all movies listed will be available to US subscribers.

Shudder is also home to a vast library of original series and movies only available on the platform. The third season of Greg Nicotero’s Creepshow is now available, with seasons 1 and 2 available to watch and new episodes of season 3 releasing every Thursday.
V/H/S/94 (October 6), The Medium (October 14), Horror Noire (October 28), The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula Season 4 (October 19), Behind the Monsters (October 27) and Joe Bob’s Halloween Hoedown (October 8) are all coming this month, and fans can also tune into the 2021 edition of The Ghoul Log to help keep the Halloween spirit burning bright all month long.
