Reality TV fans have been blessed with some seriously addictive shows in the past few years. We’ve watched all the seasons of The Bachelor and its spinoffs, Netflix’s Love is Blind, Too Hot to Handle, and The Circle, and of course, have a soft spot for MTV’s Are You the One?. Another favorite is Temptation Island, which was rebooted in 2019.
The daring dating show actually first began back in 2001 and aired three seasons on Fox before being canceled. In 2019, it was then brought back as a reboot on USA Network and definitely didn’t fail to shock viewers. In case you’re unfamiliar with the premise, this show takes couples in serious relationships who aren’t sure about their future together and puts them on an island filled with sexy singles — and away from each other.
The point is to test each relationship to see if they have what it takes to make it in the end and be together forever. It’s a complete mess and it makes for awesome binge-watching!
Temptation Island season 3 debuted in Feb. 2021 and was as fun as ever, so what about season 4? Is another installment of this whacky reality show happening?
We come bearing good news, because Temptation Island season 4 is in the works! Host Mark L. Wahlberg has confirmed it himself.
When is Temptation Island season 4 coming out?
Fans of Temptation Island shared the good news on Reddit in the form of Mark talking on social media from what looks to be a tropical location. According to the host, Temptation Island season 4 is just “finishing up,” meaning we might be getting it pretty soon!

As of right now, we don’t have a premiere date for Temptation Island season 4, but we can make some predictions. The seasons of the reboot haven’t followed a consistent schedule, with the first coming out in January, the second in October, and the third in February.
That being said, however, considering filming is almost done for season 4, we can likely expect it to premiere sometime in early 2022. We’d be surprised if it came out any later.
That means we’ll be getting our list of new contestants soon enough, and we cannot wait to meet a new batch of couples of singles!
