The final episode gave us action, heartbreak, joy, and pain all in a matter of 45 minutes, and our withdrawals are only further exacerbated by the fact that this final episode didn’t have a single minute where our hearts weren’t racing.

Is Demon Slayer renewed for season 3?

What will Demon Slayer season 3 be about?
Following the events of the Entertainment District Arc, should the anime continue to adapt the manga series in chronological order, we can expect the exciting Swordsmith Village Arc to follow next.
This arc will showcase Tanjiro Kamado’s new journey of trying to find a new weapon after Hotaru Haganezuka, his go-to swordsmith, refused to forge him a new one. Upon setting out to do this, Tanjiro comes across Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji who tells him about a secret weapon located somewhere in the village.
Though he initially doesn’t care too much for it, one thing leads to another, and he eventually comes to find the famed sword. Fortunately, his timing is perfect as he’s going to need this sword to fight off Gyokko and Hantengu, Upper Rank demons who are, of course, up to no good.
Tanjiro Kamado along with Mitsuri Kanroji, Nezuko Kamado, Genya Shinazugawa, and Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito fight to the death against evil.
Everything in-store is just as thrilling as it sounds, but what would be even more thrilling than this? An official release date.
When to expect Demon Slayer season 3
At the moment, unfortunately, we are without a Demon Slayer season 3 release date. However, if we had to predict when the new season will arrive, we would predict sometime in Winter 2023 being that this is the same time the sophomore season debuted.
Hopefully, our guesses prove to be right when the anime officially releases more information, but until then, we’ll cross our fingers in hope that we don’t have to wait until 2024 for season 3.
