The Amazing Race 33 episode 9 had the teams looking for a needle in a haystack! It was a pretty frustrating episode, that stone challenge was not an easy one. At the end of tonight’s race, who was eliminated? Spoiler alert! Below, we share who was eliminated on The Amazing Race 33 tonight. Once again, spoiler alert.
Last week, teams were tested on their memory skills, but episode 9 was all about luck! I mean, sure, to find a coin under a rock you need patience, but you also need luck on your side more than anything else. Now, we’ve seen a couple of no-elimination rounds, but last week saw Lulu and Lala packing up and going home. Was a team eliminated in episode 9? We’ve got the details!
One of tonight’s challenges is the toughest I’ve seen this season (so far) — finding a coin under a rock. There were literally thousands of rocks. Finding anything under them is nearly impossible. Not to mention, this challenge could only be done by one person and not by both people on the team. In no time, all the teams were searching for the stone together. This challenge was easily messing with the contestant’s heads. At one point, a contestant stumbled on one, and another contestant touched one! But it took a long time for the stones to be found.
Who was eliminated on The Amazing Race 33 tonight?
Tonight was…not an elimination round! This means that, once again, no team was kicked out. This is probably because some teams were not able to return when TAR 33 started filming again after the pandemic break, so CBS has to make up for the episode count. Which team are you rooting for now? Has episode 9 changed your mind?
Here are the remaining teams:
- Kim & Penn (Internet Personalities)
- Raquel & Cayla (Flight Attendants)
- Ryan & Dusty (Best Friends)
- Arun & Natalia (Father/Daughter)
Don’t miss an all-new episode next week on Wednesday, March. 2, on CBS. Will you be watching the episode as it airs on the CBS network or stream it later on Paramount+? We are only a few episodes away from the finale, so you don’t want to miss them.
