There is a new episode of Saturday Night Live tonight, April 2
The NBC comedy returned from a long break on Feb. 26, only to leave us again for several weeks. But tonight, that all ends! SNL season 47 returns with an all-new episode. As much as we enjoy watching reruns because we may have missed an episode or two, nothing beats a new episode of SNL. Now, on to the details. What time is season 47 episode 16 coming out? More importantly, who is hosting and who will be the musical guest?
Who is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight?
Tonight’s SNL host is Jerrod Carmichael, the stand-up comedian co-created and co-produced and starred in the NBC sitcom The Carmichael Show, so I’d say comedy is in good hands tonight. The actor most recently appeared in Rothaniel. We can’t wait! As for the musical guest, that will be Gunna, which songs do you hope the rapper performs tonight? Remember, each artist performs at least two songs.
Next week, on April 9, Jake Gyllenhaal will be the host with Camila Cabello as the musical guest. Following this week, on April 18, Lizzo takes on double duty as both the host and performer, this is going to be good and the episode I am the most looking forward to.
