Who’s ready for more Atlanta? The highly-anticipated return of the critically acclaimed FX show began last week on March 24, airing two episodes that got fans talking.
The first, titled “Three Slaps,” is not about Earn (Donald Glover) at all, and instead follows a harrowing story inspired by the real-life Hart family murders. The episode focuses on racism in America and how Black children are treated in the foster care system.
Right after that heavy episode, we got to see Earn and the guys again in “Sinterklaas is Coming to Town.” In episode 2, Earn, Paper Boi (Brian Tyree Henry), and Darius (Lakeith Stanfield) reunite in Amsterdam and get ready for a show that night. Van (Zazie Beetz) comes to visit, and she and Darius have an unexpected experience together. The characters are disturbed after seeing blackface everywhere, and they’re told that the people of Holland are celebrating Sinterklaas.
The two new episodes did not disappoint, and we’re so excited to check out episode 3 tonight!

How to watch Atlanta season 3 episode 3 (March 31)
Unlike last week, there will only be one new episode of Atlanta season 3 tonight, and it’s titled “The Old Man and the Tree.” It’s written by Taofik Kolade and directed by Hiro Murai. You can tune in to FX at 10:00 p.m. EST to watch the new episode.
According to FX’s schedule, episode 3 will run for 30 minutes long, and is described as: “This one is cool; going to rich parties and meeting weirdos.”
If you don’t have cable or can’t access FX, you can sign up for a free trial at FuboTV, which offers FX live. Additionally, all new episodes of Atlanta season 3 stream on Hulu the day after they air on FX.
Episode 3 is bound to be another eventful one, and the teaser proves it’s about to get super creepy. Earn and the group visit a mysterious house, and Val and Paper Boi are right to be sketched out. Check out the preview below!
