Disney+ is gearing up to release the next Marvel series, Moon Knight, and this one may be its most gritty series yet! How many episodes will be included in the first season? Or is this a limited series, meaning we should only expect one season? Here’s the episode count and what we know!
Marvel still has many, many characters to introduce us to in MCU, live-action format, and the first one out of the gate this year is Moon Knight aka Stevan Grant aka Marc Spector (it’s complicated). This character will be portrayed in the series by Oscar Isaac. Isaac’s character suffers from dissociative identity disorder, and each of his identities take over and are distinct characters.
The series will also star Ethan Hawke as Arthur Harrow, a cult leader who wants Marc Spector to embrace and encourage his “inner darkness.” Also starring are Gaspard Ulliel and May Calamawy.

Moon Knight season 1 episode count
Good news! Unlike WandaVision, which was created to be a limited series (no second season, unfortunately), Moon Knight and She-Hulk were developed with the potential to have additional seasons. That said, we feel a little better about the number of episodes in season 1 — only 6.
Yes, there are only six episodes in Moon Knight season 1. But we can at least count on a potential second season if the series is popular enough with fans, which I’m sure it will be, Marvel and Disney can do no wrong (well, for the most part).
Moon Knight season 1 has also been confirmed to be part of Phase Four of the MCU. The series will stream weekly episodes beginning on Wednesday, March 30, only on Disney+, so don’t miss it! Will you be watching the episodes as soon as they arrive or save them for the weekend? Which Disney+ MCU series has been your favorite so far?
