News of The Eric Andre Show‘s sixth season getting the green light came a little under a week ago, with this tweet from the official Adult Swim twitter account, to great excitement by fans.

In continuing with Adult Swim’s deal with the popular streaming platform, it is confirmed that all future aired episodes of The Eric Andre Show Season 6 will be made available for streaming on HBO Max shortly after their initial airing on cable.
Beyond that, there is not much to go off of in terms of what Season 6 will provide exactly. Eric André himself is quoted as saying: “Expect more deranged pranks, fire, and chaos in Season 666 with a jam-packed schedule of celebrities I can’t believe agreed to this.” Sounds promising I suppose, but nothing unexpected when you consider what show we are taking about. Since this is a comedy show we are talking about, it would make sense that mum’s the word. Too much info would probably mean the spoiling of a joke, so fair enough.
Speaking of celebrities and their questionable PR choices, that is one thing that can be confirmed. Special guests set to appear in the sixth season of The Eric Andre Show include Natasha Lyonne, a fellow comedian, actor, and creator of the hit Netflix series Russian Doll. Can’t imagine Eric will let her promote it any, but hey. Other quests include actor Jon Hamm, television personality and businessman Daymond John, actor Raven-Symoné, and rappers Rico Nasty and Lil Yachty.
Despite the small amount of details we have so far, they are sufficient in painting an incomprehensible yet nonetheless entertaining portrait of The Eric Andre Show‘s sixth season.
