Is Michiel Huisman in The Flight Attendant season 2?

Get ready for another ride because The Flight Attendant season 2 premieres on HBO Max in just a few short hours! The popular dark comedy sees The Big Bang Theory alum Kaley Cuoco star in the role of Cassie Bowden, an alcoholic who wakes up in bed with a dead man at the start of season 1. Throughout the first season, she must do her own work to figure out who killed him as she becomes more and more of a suspect to the police.

Fortunately, we find out what exactly happened to him, a businessman named Alex Sokolov (Michiel Huisman) who Cassie meets on a flight to Bangkok. The bad thing, however, is that no explanation could ever bring him back. But despite him dying pretty early on in the show, Huisman appears as visions and flashbacks throughout season 1. Viewers were excited to see Huisman cast in the series, as he became a fan favorite from shows like Game of Thrones, Orphan Black, and The Haunting of Hill House.

Since Alex’s death was solved in The Flight Attendant season 1, should we expect him to appear in season 2 at all? Here’s what we know.

Is Alex Sokolov (Michiel Huisman) in The Flight Attendant season 2?

Sadly for fans of the 40-year-old actor, it doesn’t look like Huisman will appear in The Flight Attendant season 2 at all. Of course, he dies in the first season so we shouldn’t expect him to show up in present-day as an alive person. And because Cassie solves the murder, we don’t think she’ll be seeing Alex as a vision any longer. The season 2 trailer proves that Cassie has a new person haunting her — herself.

That’s right, it looks like Cassie will be seeing visions of herself in The Flight Attendant season 2 as she believes someone is impersonating her and framing her. It’s confusing, but I’m sure we’ll get an explanation as the mystery unravels week after week.
On IMDb, Huisman does not have acting credits on The Flight Attendant season 2, so it’s looking extremely unlikely he’ll make any appearances. There could always be a surprise flashback, but we don’t see the point in that. Cassie is onto bigger and probably crazier things now.

The Flight Attendant season 2 premieres on April 21 only on HBO Max. The first two episodes will be released at once. Be sure to keep up with us at Hidden Remote for all of our coverage of the new installment! It’s bound to be a good one.
