If you’re ready for another season full of the best martial arts on TV, you’ll want to know if Warrior Season 3 is going to happen. Is the series cancelled or renewed?
There’s no doubt that Warrior is one of the most underrated shows on TV. This is partly due to the streaming platform it ended up on. Cinemax wasn’t the best for promoting its shows, and it was easy for a few to go under the radar.
Since Cinemax ended all its scripted programming, there were fears about what that would mean for various shows. Would it mean Warrior was automatically cancelled after the second season? Could another streaming platform step in to save it?
Warrior Season 3 is happening on HBO Max
Due to the ownership, HBO Max was able to step in to help. The first two seasons were put on the streaming platform, giving subscribers a chance to check it out. It’s clear that a lot of people did, because soon after that HBO Max made a positive decision.
Warrior Season 3 is officially happening. It will come to HBO Max, and we are expecting it to still get a weekly release format. It might get something similar to The Flight Attendant where a couple of episodes were released at once before moving to a weekly release.
Of course, eyes are on when the season will arrive. We don’t have a lot of news about the Bruce Lee-inspired series. There is a slim chance that we could see the season arrive before the end of 2022, but there are a lot of other big shows to come, such as House of the Dragon. So, the best chance of release is early 2023.
