Thus far in February, Disney+ has really upped the quantity of its content. Within the first two weeks, Disney has released tons of content to stream on the platform. In particular, we have also watched a series wrap up this month along with a few new ones being introduced.
While it seems like Disney has been releasing a lot, the company is finally taking a break. This time, it comes before the release of some anticipated projects. Nevertheless, that doesn’t mean the House of Mouse doesn’t have anything to give us.
Rather, there isn’t nearly as much content as we’ve become used to. Instead, Disney Plus has only a few projects coming to the platform to kick off the end of this Valentine’s Day week. No doubt that won’t be the case heading into next week, though.

New on Disney+ from February 14-18
As previously mentioned, Disney isn’t releasing much of anything this week. With only four projects released this week, let’s get into them and see if they’re worth watching during the weekend.
- Marvel Studios: Assembled -The Making of the Eternals (Feb. 16)
- Science of Stupid (Feb. 16)
- Lost Treasures of Egypt, Season 3 (Feb. 16)
- The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse, Season 2, Winter Special (Feb. 18)
Obviously, Disney is keeping it low-key to finish off this Valentine’s Day week and it’s no surprise as next week promises to be a lot bigger and bolder. Then again, not every week has to be a huge release week for Disney. The company has access to so many properties now that there’s never going to be an empty week.
Of all the projects being released, The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse seems like it could be a lot of fun. You can truly never go wrong with anything related to Mickey Mouse.
