The Afterparty on Apple TV+ drops episode 7 on Feb. 25 and you may notice a familiar face if you’re also a fan of Euphoria. Here’s what role Barbie Ferreira plays in the mystery-comedy.
Apple TV+ has been giving us some of their best content and it’s only February! The Afterparty is cleverly written, as it perfectly blends comedy with a murder mystery together. After watching seven episodes (there are 8 in total) I’m stumped! You would think that someone who watches way too many movies and TV shows would figure out who the killer is by now, but your guess is as good as mine.
I do have three main suspects (Aniq, Zoe, Yasper), but I can’t say for sure who I think is Xavier’s killer. Do you have a pretty good gut feeling on any of the suspects?

The Afterparty episode 7 is a lot of fun for many reasons. For starters, we get to know Detective Danner a little better, she’s someone fans immediately wanted to learn more about. The episode, “Danner,” takes us back to Danner’s days as a cop. Danner decides to investigate a case (even though she wasn’t assigned to it) after believing they caught the wrong person. Who is this person? Barbie Ferreira’s (known for Kat Hernandez in Euphoria) character, Willow.
At first, I didn’t know who the actress portraying Willow was because of the wig (which is fabulous). But Ferreira’s voice is so recognizable! It’s great to see Barbie Ferreira in another project, and we definitely see even bigger roles in her future.
Next up, fans can expect to see the star in Jordan Peele’s Nope, where she will portray Danielle. The movie Nope also stars Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Steven Yeun, and others. Nope is in theaters on July 22.
