Will Euphoria season 3 feature less nudity?

Euphoria season 3 has not even started filming (that we know of), but it’s already a hot topic, particularly due to the amount of nudity featured in season 1 and season 2. Because of the backlash director Sam Levinson has been facing, will Euphoria season 3 cut back on the nudity?

After one too many reports surfaced on how Euphoria actresses either pushed back or felt uncomfortable with nudity on the show, audiences began to criticize the series. This isn’t the first time the HBO hit series is criticized over the amount of nudity, many calling it “unnecessary.”

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Minka Kelly shared how she didn’t feel comfortable being nude on her first day as a guest on the show. She does comment how showrunner, Sam Levinson, didn’t hesitate to agree with Kelly. This came after Sydney Sweeney shared how she tells Levinson when she doesn’t think nude is necessary, and he’s always happy to not do it. Even Chloe Cherry and Martha Kelly have similar stories, BuzzFeed features them all, HERE.

There are so many similar stories, it makes you think . Is Sam Levinson asking for too much nudity? Sure, he is always okay with going another direction if the talent is uncomfortable, but it does seem like he is testing the waters any chance he gets.

Will Euphoria season 3 have less nude scenes?

Nothing has been shared about nudity plans for season 3 yet, of course, but it seems like Levinson may have no other option than to cut back on the amount of nudity on the show. While he doesn’t have to change anything if he doesn’t want to, fans have proven that the most memorable and impactful scenes haven’t featured nudity. Instead, what we remember are the powerful performances from the cast. Not to mention, if so many cast members are commenting on it, that speaks for itself!

How do you feel about the nudity in Euphoria? Do you think Euphoria season 3 should cut back?
