The Magnum PI season 4 episode 20 is the finale. The episode is titled “Close to Home,” and it airs on May 6 at 9 p.m. ET, only on CBS. If you miss the episode when it airs on CBS, catch it on the Paramount+ platform the following day.
Is Magnum PI season 5 happening?
As for season 5 plans, we’re not sure as a renewal is not official. At the time of this writing, CBS has not renewed or canceled the series. While some networks do hand out renewals before a series finale, others prefer to wait until the finale airs to see where numbers are at. Are we hopeful for a renewal? Sort of. Magnum PI is, unfortunately, at the bottom when it comes to ratings for the network. As Precinct TV shares, Magnum PI is “one of the lowest-viewed dramas” on CBS.
