Somehow, we are already nearing the end of Attack on Titan: The Final Season. (Time flies!)
As expected, anime fans are gutted that they will have to bid a farewell to this iconic anime series very soon, especially because this final season has been nothing short of an epic rollercoaster they certainly never wanted to get off of. Knowing that the show, most likely, won’t return on TV after the final episode definitely doesn’t help with the heartbreak either. Fortunately, we may not have to say goodbye just yet.
Last week, we learned the final episode of Attack on Titan season 4 part 2 is delayed because of a special broadcast. Though most fans were happy to hear this exciting news because it meant they can spend a little more time with their Titan-slaying soldiers, they were still curious to know when exactly they would receive this final episode. As always, we got all the answers.
Attack on Titan season 4 finale release date
Save the date because the final episode of Attack on Titan season 4 part 2 is coming your way, Sunday, Apr. 3 at 3:45 p.m. ET/12:45 p.m. PT on Crunchyroll.
At the aforementioned date and time, the streaming site will release the 12th and final episode titled, “The Dawn of Humanity”. The exact specifics of what this season 4 finale will be about are not yet known, but we’re assuming that the finale will either breakdown how exactly Eren Jaeger willed the disastrous events that we are seeing unfold before our eyes, or the finale will show the highly anticipated flashback to Eren and his friends time in Liberio.
We’ll have to wait until the 12th episode airs to know what lies ahead, not just for Eren but also for the fate of the anime series since the final episode isn’t any longer than usual. (Perhaps the last episode will reveal there’s a movie on the way!)
