There is a lot on the line for Grey Sloan Memorial in Grey’s Anatomy Season 18, Episode 15. After everything that happened with poor Levi, the resident program is under review. The board will want to determine if the teaching hospital can remain a teaching hospital.
Of course, there’s no way that Bailey will want to lose this. None of them will, and they will all need to work together to prove that the residency program is a good one.
Bailey suffers a heart attack in Grey’s Anatomy Season 18, Episode 15?
It looks like the stress is going to get to Bailey in a medical way. During the promo, it looks like she’s going to have a heart attack.
This comes off the back of her finding out that Meredith may end up leaving Seattle. She is still considering the job in Minnesota. However, could this be what leads to her remaining in Seattle?
Meredith wanted to do something more, something bigger. She doesn’t want to remain the Head of General Surgery when there’s more for her to do in medicine. Is it possible that Bailey will need to step down and Meredith is offered the chance to become Chief of Surgery?
While all this goes on, Nick is back in Seattle to perform a first-of-its-kind operation. He’ll be working with Meredith again. Can they get along in the OR this time?
