The first season of The Endgame, will draw to a close on May 2, as the freshman NBC series premieres its finale. The crime thriller has taken viewers on quite the ride as queenpin Elena Federova and FBI Special Agent Val Turner circled one another, pressing their advantages.
In “Happily Ever After,” their cat-and-mouse game reaches new heights as an escape plan goes left and derails plans, old foes meet in a stand-off, and Val learns of a secret that Owen has been keeping. It’s the kind of plot that looks like it’ll leave fans on a cliffhanger, desperately wondering if they’ll be returned to the show.

Has The Endgame been renewed by NBC?
The good news is the series hasn’t been canceled. However, it hasn’t been renewed yet either. Deadline reports that things aren’t looking good for The Endgame as far as renewals go. But, until NBC makes the announcement, there’s no reason not to keep pushing for the series to be renewed. Currently, its sitting on the bubble, meaning its fate could go either way.
